- Community engagement and open town-hall meetings to where the  public can discuss concerns with council.

- Continue working with the OCP and help the community achieve the objectives of the OCP.

- Continue working on methods to lower greenhouse gas emissions.

- Bring more affordable housing options to Ladysmith.

- Bring more medical facilities to Ladysmith

- Do sidewalk repairs to make the sidewalks more disability friendly for wheelchairs and walkers.

- Improve road conditions and get funding for appropriate repairs.

- Improve the Ladysmith transit system too lower our carbon footprint.

- Bring more jobs to Ladysmith and businesses.
